The day after the Canucks learn their lottery fate, attention turns to the events of NHL draft day! Matt and Blake dive into the delicious decisions ahead as the organization begins to sculpt its future. The guys look at the consensus top 5-6 picks and mock up where it could all lead. Then it's a listen to outgoing president Jim Rutherford's answers from yesterday, as the team continues its search for a new GM and decides who will be making the final hockey decisions going forward. There's news on the Canucks at the World Hockey Championships too! Steven Ellis of Daily Faceoff drops in with his favourites in the draft and what he sees going down in late June. Steven has his theories on the Sharks intentions and how that could trickle down to the Canucks and beyond. Dave Hall of the new Blackfish show also stops by his player rankings right now and how the Canucks needs intersect with "best player available". Dave also talks about how the delay in the Canucks' GM hire may affect the draft and what the Swedish Canucks could get out of a World Championship experience. All of that, plus, the Whitecaps meet the media to discuss their future, the Jays are getting healthier, the M's are getting power from their lineup again!
