Our Vancouver Canucks reporter, Jeff Paterson, joined us outside of UBC after speaking with head coach Bruce Boudreau. Jeff gave his best guess as to why Bruce hasn’t seen any of the injuries occur. He then chatted with the guys about Danny DeKeyser, Tucker Poolman and Phil Di Giuseppe. Jeff spoke about the recent allegations that were made against Canucks Chairman, Francesco Aquilini.
Farhan Devji, author of ‘A New Hope,' the Alphonso Davies story, joined Matt and Blake to talk about the Canadian prodigy and his unlikely rise to super-stardom. Farhan told us about the people he has and hasn’t spoken to for the book and what story still needs to be written before the book comes out. Finishing up, Farhan talked about the Canadian men’s national soccer team and their road to the World Cup.
