TSN and Forbes legal analyst, Eric Macramalla, joined Matt and Blake to discuss the ongoing legal situation surrounding Francesco Aquilini. Eric gave his thoughts on what could come from this, on an ownership front, and gave comparables from other leagues. Eric also had some advice for Hockey Canada and told us how he feels about his kids’ registration fees going towards covering up sexual assault victims. 

 

Jeff Paterson joined Matt and Blake as he left practice at UBC, en route to Abbotsford for the Canucks and Oilers preseason game. Jeff talked about Travis Dermott and what is keeping him out still, Jason Dickinson and how the addition of Curtis Lazar will take some pressure off of him. Jeff finished up with his thoughts on our Bodog Poll Question and his Mariners fandom.
