In the first full show since the Canucks' trade of Dakota Joshua, Matt and Blake take a look at the move and all the pros and cons of bailing on the new contract after just one year. The guys look at the likelihood of the Canucks using the new cap space immediately vs waiting, and the possibility of a signing vs a trade. RinkWide's Jeff Paterson stops in to provide his reaction to the deal, and where that leaves the Canucks forwards, and the penalty kill, as it currently stands. Jeff also gives us his reaction to the trade of Arturs Silovs and the modest return, and the importance of Canucks goaltending this season, given the apparent lack of scoring. It's also time for another edition of The Golf Report, as Scheffler romps at the Open Championship. And then the guys recaps a middling weekend for the Whitecaps and Lions, but another sweep for the Jays???
