Feb 16, 2026: Canadian hockey on track, EP40 shines, Curling scandal??

The Games in Milan continue and Matt and Blake have you covered with all the stories surrounding the hockey tournament and beyond. The guys get into the road ahead for the men's and women's sides, and the performance of the local players in particular. That includes all of the Canucks, like EP40, who had a breakout game for Sweden, and the BC boys like Celebrini who continues to be the story of the tournament. The boys debate whether fans should "want" to face Team USA or hope for an upset win against them along the way. John Shannon makes his weekly visit to the show and gets into the performances of Canada and the US so far. John talks about any regrets over the omissions of Bedard and Schaefer, and if Binnington is the man for the job going forward. He also talks about the LA Kings' need to replace Kevin Fiala and the fabulous drone footage that is revolutionizing Olympic coverage. Then it's curling legend Kevin Martin dropping to weigh in on the Canadian poking scandal, and gives us his take on whether it's a scandal at all. Kevin also gives us his reviews on the performance of the two Canadian rinks to this point. The guys wrap up with a wide angle view of the weekend that was for Canada at the games and the lack of medals so far. They also get into the latest from the NLL, PGA and NFL coaching carousel!
