It was a special edition of Sekeres and Price today as we head to the holiday season. 

Patrick Johnston of the Province joined Matt and Blake and started off with a Covid update. Talked about how the NHL will get through this compared to the other pro leagues. We heard a clip from Bruce Boudreau on the little 2 day mini camp and got PJ’s thoughts on it. Talked about how the NHL could play out the rest of the schedule. A lot of the news from today. 

Jeff Paterson, our Canucks Reporter, joined after the Canucks practiced today. Says it was funny to hear a coach who has just won six in a row, drill down on the team. Thinks that in a perfect world the team would want to continue to play but Covid has the final say here. Talked about what practice looked like today. Thinks the pause to the season will hurt a little bit, in the end. Talked about the players and their take on the pause. JT Miller is over it. Talked about Canucks and who would make the US team. Doens’t think we would have seen 5 but they all made their own case.
