TSN’s Cheryl Pounder joined Matt and Blake from the World Jr’s. Cheryl talked about the environment in the building with smaller crowds and how it is getting better as Canada moves along. Cheryl gave an incredibly in-depth analysis of Connor Bedard and what will make him a star in the NHL and how being in the building, looking down on him gives a much better perspective than watching on TV. Other players Cheryl talked about were McTavish and Dylan Garand. She talked about who she has to go to the finals of the tournament.

Calgary sports personality, Ryan Pinder, joined Matt and Blake in studio to talk about the big news of the day. Ryan broke down the new Calgary lineup and why it didn’t work earlier for Toffoli. Ryan talked about some old Canucks in Markstrom and Tanev.

Scott Rintoul, Vancouver Sportscaster, joined Matt and Blake for his weekly hit to take a look around the Vancouver sports scene. We went around the horn with Scott for his thoughts on Nazem Kadri signing in Calgary, the BC Lions and a big win by the Whitecaps at B.C. Place vs Colorado.
